How to stop missing primary school?

I only started year 7 this year and graduated primary school about 5-6 months ago and I honestly can’t seem to get over it, high school so far for me has been horrible and it just seems to me that I was so much happier in primary school , the people the friends, the teachers and just overall everything, any tips on how to get over it?

Starting high school can be really tough, especially when you had such a great time in primary school. It's totally normal to miss your old friends, teachers, and the familiar environment. Remember, it's only been a few months, and adjusting takes time. Try to focus on the positives, like any new friends you've made or activities you've joined. Keep in touch with your primary school friends and talk to someone you trust about how you're feeling. Things will get better, and you'll find your place. You've got this!
