Exam stress makes me need to pee

Every time I think about exams, the amount of content I have to cover in such little time, whenever I’m walking into the exam hall, or even when I’m answering past paper questions, I need to pee REALLY badly to the point where it hurts and I can’t walk properly. Even if my bladder is empty I get the sensation, it’s so horrible 💀
