ESOL and GCSE

Hi,
I have a conditional offer for a foundation year at Coventry, but my English qualifications are ESOL and they are not accepted. Does anyone know how can I prove that they are equivalent o maybe I need to do a (very soon) exam to prove my English.

Thanks

Hi there,

If you click on the link below, it'll take you to the Coventry University website indicating what qualifications we accept etc.

Thanks for your message. It really helps thank you. Although I have been living in England for the last 12 years and I have a Settlement Status ( mean that I have the right to resume in the UK for as long as I like) I am still consider as a International Student?

Hi there,

Unless specified or unless circumstances have changed, I can assure you that even if you have an EU settled status, you will still be classed as a UK student. However, you may have to visit the uni in person, prior to the start of your course, and bring in documents to prove your settled status as well as the fact that you have lived in the UK for most of your life.

I hope this helps.
