Conditional offer

I am studying currently to get my grades to help towards the course at Derby uni, due to end mid Sept 24, I have been given a conditional offer of a place at Derby uni for the course I am wanting, will Derby uni still allow me to start uni/course in Sept 24 as my grades from the course will not be available until Oct 29th 24.
