alevel english literature

i just did my gcse eng lit and i dont know if ill meet the requirement (grade 5) for my school because i skipped a bunch of questions since i ran out of time and now i think ill only get about 75 marks overall. i got a nine in my mocks though and i know that i am capable of getting a nine easily, i just didnt sleep well the nights before and was very tired throughout the exams. i can easily ace english lang. im taking english lit this september as an alevel and the only requirement is 5 in one english gcse and 6 in the other (so lit or lang). im just a bit worried that i might fail or get a four. would they still let me do eng lit alevel if i failed eng lit gcse, and let me resit alongside alevel eng lit or would they make me do something else?? im really worried because english literature is really my strong point and i have so much knowledge, i just messed up this exam season. :frown:

if you don't meet the requirements, retake it
i have afriend retaking gcse bio chem and phys and is doing bio and chem a level already

i think ur teachers know you are capable, so don't panic and wait for your results first!!
talk to your teachers on results day.

and don't worry, just breathe and focus on ur next exam!!
if you want to, you can do some extra credit project over the summer to show your teachers your capability in eng lit.
only if you want to though- it's not needed
