Nvq or access?
I am in Uk on health and care visa, currently I am working as a care assistant i need career progression like senior career and Nurse what should I do access course in Health professionals or NVQ level3 health and social care? Which one is good and help me to achieve both positions? I'm ready to start immediately please advise

If you want to do a nursing degree, then an Access to Higher Education Diploma in something like Health and Social Care, Nursing and Midwifery, or Science would be better as it is the equivalent of three A levels. The NVQ level 3 is only equivalent to two A levels, so would not be enough to meet the entry requirements of degree courses.
