Arbitio Subscription Ended??

Hi All,
When I tried logging in to Arbito again, which I do regularly, it asked me to resubscribe. I've had Arbito for less time than expected, and there should be a clear sign indicating if it's only accessible for a certain period, instead of making it seem like a one-time payment. I have contacted them multiple times with no reply.

The same thing is happening to me. I bought it less than a year ago at the beginning of the school year and when I tried to log in again now it said that I had to repurchase. It can't be a yearly subscription because it hasn't even been a year yet.


Hi, I contacted them, and after a couple of days, they got back to me. It's up and working now. Here is the email: [email protected]. It's still odd that this happened in the first place.

HI, I have tried to contact them using the email they have provided for contact on their website [email protected] but no one has replied in a month. I have also tried using the email address you have provided [email protected] but gmail just bounces back the email stating that the address is not found. I fixed the typo in the address that you send and tried [email protected] but the email bounces back again.

I had just paid for the "Master" Arbitio subscription and logged into my account which lead me back to the profile I had last year when I paid for the subscription and had completed all the tests. I wanted to have a fresh account since I have paid for the subscription again which would allow me to attempt all of the tests again which I am currently unable to do so even though I have paid for the subscription again. Has anyone faced this issue as well and is able to advice?
