Can anyone offer me any interesting work experience opportunities or activities is can do to enhance my personal statement as I'm finding it hard to navigate

There's a website called Forage which has online work experience. Its basically just tasks set by different companies and you can do them in your own time. It's really good if you can't find any in-person work. I think it has a lot of different fields as well.

yep! clifford chance and hogan lovells have courses on forage specifically designed for 6th formers to gain work experience

also apart from traditional work experience, you can also watch law documertaries or online trials eg. depp v heard or go into court to spectate proceedings (you may also get the opportunity to speak to legal professionals and ask about experience or shadowing opportunities) and also read books like Justice on Trail, Eve Was Framed etc. However, when you use these in your personal statement make sure to state what you learnt from them or even evaluate it (briefly, character count is so limited) and state your own perspectives, in that way you can show that you have critical analysis.
