Declaring multiple resits on UCAS application and degree apprenticeship applications

My question is, if a student has had to retake an A-Level subject three times and on the third attempt they achieve their desired grade. When said student applies on UCAS do they just list their original grade and the most recent resit grade which is what they're happy with or do they have to list the original, the first resit and the most recent resit grade.

Also does anyone know if when applying to degree level apprenticeships such as a solicitor apprenticeship, if original grades need to be declared or can you just put your recent resit grade that you're happy with.

Please help.

Thanks.

You must declare ALL your grades/resits on a UCAS application - even you subsequently retook that same qualification.
No exceptions.

Do you know if that's the same case for degree apprenticeship applications?
