Because i found it amusing. A 4 year old driving his mum's car to the local video shop. Its not as tho he was in danger. He was driving at walking pace neway.

if you'd have read the article, you'll have seen that he was pushing the gas pedal and then climbing back onto the seat to steer.
ah right, clever. My internet is really slow so I couldn't see it.

On another article they said that he just used the idle revs of the engine to drive. I.e. just using the clutch. I just cant imagine a 4 year old having enough strength to push the clutch.

He was with three of his friends.

He was sittin on the accelerator, clutch brake etc..
His mate, who was sitting on his shoulders was doing the gears, and finally his other mate was steering (sitting on a booster seat)

[that 13 year old got a two year ban ?!!?!?! effective from now..so effectively, they're banned until they're 15. Which is the dumbest thing I've ever heard]
It is a ****y system. Some one I know got banned when they were 16 for 2 years. So he can be legally back behind the wheel when most ppl of his age will be passing their test. And that did not stop him either. As a matter of fact he drives a 2 year old sports car worth £60 000. He's just passed his test now.
