Driving test booked in the Isle of Wight - is it difficult?

Hi everyone, I was just wondering if anyone has had experience at driving/passed their driving test in the Isle of Wight. I have only ever been there once, however it has been impossible to get a test where I live so I have booked it there. Just wondering what the roads are like/if it is easy to pass.

Also does anyone know if it is a myth or true that it is more difficult to pass a driving test in your own car as I will need to take mine to do the test.

That's a myth, you just need a car that is in good working order. You also need to have another mirror so the examiner can use it.

If I remember, I saw a video online about it or a similar place of someone driving Isle of Wight test route.

Have a look on Google maps and see what the roads are like if your not too sure.

Good luck

Here's a helpful article which explains all about using your own car for the test - and as for the Wight being difficult, if you're ready for the test then you should be able to drive safely anywhere!
