GCSE Wrong Multiple Choice

I accidentally put the wrong answer in the multiple-choice section, crossed it out, and wrote the correct one beside the box. Will I lose mark during the scanning process?

You shouldn't, the examiner should see it as it is near the answer box, but if they don't see it, they will see that you have crossed it out and will expect that you have wrote the answer nearby and should check around the answer box. Don't stress too much, you 100% should get the mark. Good Luck in other exams!! Don't let this stress you out and affect other exams too.
