Foundation triple?

I know triple higher is different to combined higher, but is triple foundation different to combined foundation? Is it an entirely different exam? Will it contain triple topics?

There's basically nothing online that answers this question, teacher won't respond until 9am tomorrow which is when the exam is, and I have no idea what I'm meant to be revising

I feel like it's a different exam, but there's zero revision resources, my exam is in 12 hours, and I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing

there are some topics that are not covered at combined science that are at triple

as for the questions, combined science may have slightly more straightforward questions but i would say they are similar enough to be good practice.
You can get past papers from savemyexams since it is a more straightforward process than using the aqa website
