AQA A Level business- 16 markers, conclusion needed?

For 16 markers, is it absolutely necessary to have a conclusion?

If we don't include them, how many marks would we be capped at?

I don't think you technically do but it's the easiest way to get the evaluation marks. I believe evaluation is worth 7 or 9 marks so it depends how much of it you've got in the rest of the essay.
