Seizure in a level exam what happens to my grade?

It’s tricky because I’m not a hundred percent sure the cause but I stayed up for two days straight to cram my politics exam. I’ve never had seizures before but I ended up having one in the exam. I’ve read somewhere if it’s because of stress it’s my fault so I can’t appeal. I missed an entire 30 marker on my politics paper. It’s 100% going to being my whole grade down.

They said I was collapsed passed out 1-2 minutes and jittering and then I was barely responsive when I woke up. Do you think even though the cause might be me staying up they’d appeal? Will I get a recited grade or what will happen?

I’m screwed either way because I had a D on my last politics mock. I need a B to get into uni so I guess it’s over for me.

Hi, you should be able to fill out a special consideration form, https://www.jcq.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/2022/06/Guide_to_spec_con_process_June22_FINAL.pdf, speak to your school about it, they have systems in place for this kind of thing, im sure it'll all work out

Highly unlikely from what I see, as appeals are rare and it has to be a proper medical condition/situation with valid evidence to back up for it. However, if you have a record with seizure incidents and enough evidence to back up for it, an appeal might be worthwhile.
