Need help!

Do I need to worry about format like informal article/letter?

Do I need to leave two spaces Infront of each paragraph?

Do I need to write something like "Hope you are well" , "How are you".

also i dont think u need to say how areu, u can if u want to if it sounds better with the context but just remember ur response to the given points/questions is most important

Because I'm a native speaker, I care so much on using sophisticated words and interesting content, so I don't really know how to write in a limited space. (Also I'm aiming a really high score since I did so badly on my listening exam.)

You don’t need to really worry about formatting.

You don’t need to write how are you or hope you are well. Not really necessary.
