i think the first one to look at is whether its possible to boost the B up to an A for the prediction as that would make this a lot easier because you can then apply to more schools.

look at alternative offers/contextual offers. if you go onto the medical school website and you qualify for a contextual offer due to circumstances which apply to you, you can receive a grade reduction.

alternatively there are med schools which have a lower entry requirements such as Kent (AAB) and Brunel (AAB), there are a couple others but i can't remember off the top of my head

there are also foundation year programmes for those who don't meet minimum entry requirements, i believe you have to have contextual circumstances, but i have not done research into foundation yr med programmes, again best to have a look as to the entry requirements
5.
you could look at degrees which let you switch over after doing 1 year, however i personally would not recommend this unless you are guaranteed to switch over to medicine
