hey so there are a few options which you can take:

1.

i think the first one to look at is whether its possible to boost the B up to an A for the prediction as that would make this a lot easier because you can then apply to more schools.

2.

look at alternative offers/contextual offers. if you go onto the medical school website and you qualify for a contextual offer due to circumstances which apply to you, you can receive a grade reduction.

3.

alternatively there are med schools which have a lower entry requirements such as Kent (AAB) and Brunel (AAB), there are a couple others but i can't remember off the top of my head

4.

there are also foundation year programmes for those who don't meet minimum entry requirements, i believe you have to have contextual circumstances, but i have not done research into foundation yr med programmes, again best to have a look as to the entry requirements

5.

you could look at degrees which let you switch over after doing 1 year, however i personally would not recommend this unless you are guaranteed to switch over to medicine

in the case where you cant change your predicted grades and one of the above is not an option for you, you could always take a gap and then apply to medicine, but definitely try to exercise all other options first. good luck.
