Work experience for teaching?

Hello everyone,
I’m currently considering career options while I have a place to study at university. One of the careers I’m considering is a history teacher however I’m unable to find work experience before a degree so I have to just think whether I would enjoy such a career. Does anyone know any possible alternatives for teaching work experience? Thanks

it sounds silly but you might be able to get work experience in a primary school, obviously you probably wouldn’t be teaching history but showing that you can work and communicate with children is a good start. also volunteering to tutor children at a subject (history gcse?) - you could sign up to a tutoring platform to demonstrate your skill?
Hey there is a private college called Mander Portman Woodward it has a branch in Birmingham, Cambridge and London. You can deffo try there, they usually hire graduates and it's very good for experience. How do I know this? Cuz a few years ago I was a recent graduate and worked there, a lot of my colleagues too were fresh out of Uni (I worked in the Birmingham branch). So hope this helps!
