Medicine Decision: Buckingham University (UK) vs 2nd Faculty of Medicine (Prague)

I got an offer from both Buckingham University at the Buckingham campus (around 1 hour 30 minutes away from London) as well as the Second Faculty of Medicine at Charles University in Prague. I am not sure which one to pick. Buckingham has very high fees but it is a 4.5 year degree whereas Charles University is a 6 year degree but considerably cheaper (around £100,000 difference), however I have to learn a language. I was wondering if anyone had any advice/shed some light on what would be best to pick.

Buckingham.
Resaons:
1) You don't have to learn a new language.
2) British medical school generally provides better clinical experience and more patient contacts than European medical schools.
3) Shorter course which means you can start earning money earlier.
4) Foundation jobs in UK after graduation is guaranteed.
For the sake of simpilicity I usually recommend to study in the country that you wish to practice.
