HiWe need a replacement tenant for an en-suitestudent double room in Riverside Halls ofResidence. My son is no longer able to take upthis rental. This is a lovely room based inRiverside student accommodation near toManchester City and all local universities.Starts 7/09/2024 and is £240 weekly includingall bills. On-site gym, gardens, laundry and24/7 on-site security. Sharing with 5 studentswith communal kitchen and living room. Pleaselet me know asap if interested. Greatalternative to peel park.
