Changing universities with average A-Levels

Hi everyone,

I am currently studying Economics and Finance with a year in industry at university. Last year, I underperformed in my A-Levels, achieving BBB in Economics, Maths, and Geography (B in EPQ as well). However, I am currently on track for a first, with 75%+ in my first year.

I was wondering how likely it would be to apply for an Economics or Finance related course through clearing at the University of Manchester. Although they are all typically AAA course, I have heard of others getting into an AAA or AAB course at the university with an ACC through clearing.

Do you think they are likely to take into account my university performance? Based on my current performance, do you think I would stand a chance of getting in?

Thanks.
Clearing isnt for 'I got very average A levels but I got a decent first year result at a lower Uni'.

Stay where you are, work your socks off, get a First and your career will be fine.
