Equivalency Testing

Hello,
I am nearing the end of my Maths equivalencycourse with Equivalency Testing to enable me to start my PGCE in September.
When I attended the university open day to enquireabout the PGCE I was told as I don’t have mymaths GCSE I would be required to do anequivalency exam and the universityrecommended Equivalency Testing as a provider.
The course material has been poor, I’ve not received feedback on my homework and when finally able to reach someone on the phone to query this I was basically told I either don't complain and sit the exam or complain but as a result of doing so they won’t allow me to sit the exam.
Passing the exam is essential to get my place on the PGCE but am worried given the service so far that I won’t get my results back from the exam or something else will happen. I have read numerous reviews of people saying they had to wait weeks and when they asked for their results their calls were ignored etc.
Can anybody else shed any light on their experience with Equivalency Testing please?

Hi I am currently doing my coursework with them I have found them to be very lacking. It's an expensive course in terms of materials I've received.
I have only just started this week.
I think it's very unusual to be posting assignments, as emailing is the norm these days.
