Warwick uni tips for an international student

Hi! I'm an international student who received an offer to do PPE from Warwick. Even though I did the Nov23 papers and have had my results sent over to the uni, my offer is still under "conditional". I've already emailed the school twice but there has been no response. I'm wondering if this is a common scenario for many students there (staff not responding)?

Also, I'm interested in any and all tips people have for first years going to Warwick! Eg. accommodation, good food nearby, money saving tips, etc. Thank you! xx
