gcse special consideration help pls

so I've got a rlly bad cold like I've taken paracetamol/lemsip twice a day all week and it was especially bad on Sunday- the day before english literature - like I couldn't stand up without my head pounding, couldn't concentrate, and I was the same on the morning of the exam. luckily my Paracetamol kicked in but only after 45 mins. now today, I had a sore throat and I was bringing strepsils into the exam hall and my teacher said if I think my cold would impact my performance I could get a doctors note. so I'm going to get a doctors note bc it did impact my performance but so you think that I would also be able to get it for english literature even though its a few days since the exam??
