What is the longest you have studied for and how do you do it?

2h at a time is normal. your backside and back and neck all need a rest after sitting down for that period of time. Have you heard of the pomodoro method? its 25 min work then a 5 min break, but I tend to do 1h work then a 10 min break. 2h is still a bit intense but when I did a-level physics it was really helpful and much needed!
