Did anyone manage to sit the entrance exam on 17 September for Sofia?

Hi! I am applying this year for Sofia Medical University. How competitive is it? Do I have a high chance of getting into the university if I get perfect score on bio, chem, and english. Are the questions on the exam the same as the mock exams provided by Interhecs. I was just talking to my personal assistant through Interhecs, and she told me that there are only 19 available spots for non-EU applicants, that's so low! Has the school gotten very competitive? Is it because of the Prepatory Class who automatically get a spot thats taken over all the available seats. Any advice to get in or information is appreciated, thank you!

My understanding based on a discussion with my friends daughter who is studying Medicine (3rd year) there is that only 2 students made it from the prep course to that start of the degree last year - so no guarantee you will automatically get in. Students will still have to sit exams at the end of the preparatory year.

Unless you’ve already started your application for foundation year, the admissions has closed so you wouldn’t be able to start one. Previously prep year students had a really high chance of not a guarantee of starting but for Sofia our agency is telling people that it is most likely going to be a ranking because of how competitive it’s gotten. If i were you i would just wait till next year to apply for first year entry and try to apply to at least another university just to guarantee you a space. If you are willing to pay for an agency, before they take any payment they can give you advice on your application for free so you can get some more information from them too.
