Geology

Hi,
I want to pursue a degree in Geology/Earth Sciences, but I'm unsure if I would have a stable job and a good career. If any senior can give some advice it'll be really helpful.

Hello!

I am a second year Earth and Environmental Science student at Lancaster University! I would definitely recommend the course as it is such a wide course and you learn such a breadth of things that it allows you to pursue a career in anything in the environment sector. I am interested in renewable energy but I have friends interested in hydrology, geology, microplastics, water chemistry the possibilities are endless. I have attached a link to our website which has some more career prospects which will hopefully give you some inspiration!

Hope this helps,
