EE Retail Advisor Interview

Good Morning,

I hope you are well. I have an interview for the role a Retail Advisor at EE to be taken place virtually on Microsoft Teams. Although I have a week to prepare I was wondering if anyone knows what the type of questions that I should anticipate or prepare for. They also attached a copy of a “PDF” with a short task but I’m unsure what it is or to how to go about it and unclear to what they are looking for and I would really like some help or tips and advice please.

I’m desperate to land this job as this would be my first in Technology and a path towards IT I hope.
