I need help choosing where to go for college

So, I have an offer from UCLan for the 5-year medicine program and an offer from the University of Galway( Ireland) for the 6-year medicine program. I need help in deciding where to go. I want to take up psychiatry eventually, so I want to choose the university that will give me the right opportunities. I also like extracurricular activities like dance/photography/art /volunteering; though I know I will only have a little time for them, I’d still like the option. Keeping all of this in mind, what would you recommend? Ideally, I would like to work in the UK after all my training, but there is a long way to go for that. (Non-EU international student )
