Is anyone fed up with the poor services of 3 Mobile?

Its mobile data network is extremely unstable, constantly loses, disconnects and preventing use when necessary. It literally has a nationwide blackout every few months whereby you'd be cut off from the world for days. Their customer service is poor as well given that the staff is dismissive and unhelpful. I was once told to "stay connected" while restarting my phone and then got queried by the agent "why I disconnected". They literally don't understand how a mobile phone works. It's so ridiculous that I wonder how much they are paid for their work or whether they are really based in Britain.

Does anyone have the same feelings?

Switch if you can. I had the same with EE, utter garbage. Not had a problem with O2 though.

Yeah I was with 3 for years before giving up and moving to O2 for the same reason last year, data/connection, and had pretty much no issues since.

I worked for 3 back when they first launched in the UK and it was was far more professional and together, but they started out sourcing more and more of the customer service etc to agency & overseas contractors who really weren't up the job.
Yep, I suffered terrible 4G signal in London and I switched to O2.
