Taking GCSE Further Maths Externally?

Hi. I'm a student in year 10.
I am looking to do GCSE further maths (AQA) as an extra GCSE in year 11, aside from the 10 I am currently taking in school.
I had a look on JCQ (joint council for qualifications) and I cannot find an option for GCSE further maths external exam centres.
I was wondering if anyone knew anything about this, and how I would be able to find an exam centre to sit it in?
I’d recommend talking to your school and ask if they’ll enter you for it if you learn the content yourself. A friend at my school is doing that.

My school told me that according to their policy O had to enter myself. But the website they gave me to look for venues just did not have GCSE further maths as a subject option... Bit weird.
