i “ Slept “ with my boss

after work me (16years old) and some colleagues went to the pub to have a few drinks , including my boss(25 years old), long story short i got so drunk that i could barely walk or talk, i remember my boss asking me if i want to have sex once everyone else had left and that we could go back to our workplace, he also kissed me, i ended up at our workplace, i don’t know how i got there, i remember us kissing and touching each other but after that my memory is blank, i woke up a hour later to him next to me on the floor with his bottoms & boxers off, i don’t know what we did, but i have to go back to work in 3 days .
what do i do? is this rape as i was passed out? do i ask him? do i ignore him? do i quit?

I think that is rape because you couldn’t consent to it and why is he ******* a minor anyways bro that’s ****ed up I guess you could quit or you could get him arrested

quit and report him to the police, u didnt consent, ur underage from him, and he took advantage of u, report him first tho and dont go to work, also tell someone you trust like an adult about it, the worst anyone will be is mad but more likely worried for u.

im surprised your asking this question as anyone with conscience should understand this is wrong in many levels.

It is a rape as long as u had sex and what you said is the truth.(u didn’t give consent, which is very important)Consent must be freely given. It cannot be given if a person is coerced, unconscious, or incapacitated (e.g., due to drugs or alcohol). Just go to the police and don’t stay with that guy alone!!! Wish u all the best!

Also go to the hospital and get checked for any signs of injury, STIs and to see about emergency contraception. If you haven't washed them, bag up the clothes you had on that night for evidence for the police.

Odd as it sounds, you could find out how consensual it was by demanding the camera footage from your work. As it is, you may not be able to provide enough of a case to get him convicted and one or both of you will no longer be part of the company.

Unfortunately a lot of men in the workplace try to take advantage of young employees because they know they don't have the social skills to fend off these older men who may the same age as their fathers/uncles/cousins. What you could do is confide in an older female worker to get a second opinion. You could even word it as, 'I have a friend who ...'. You could also see someone in HR to get their opinion. For the future, befriend a friendly older woman who has been there for years as she will know the male employees personalities and habits and will protect you from their advances. Also if you have to go to pub lunches or out of hours work functions, do not get drunk! Bosses are watching you and so are your workmates. Be professional at all times. Do not under any circumstances sleep with your boss or any male employees as you will be the subject of gossip long after you have left and if they sack anyone, it will be you.
