Hi, I have been granted pre-settled status as a Family member of an EU national. I'm not an EU myself. That's why I asked if you need my husband's employment or mine as I will be applying as a Family member of a migrant worker but apparently he stopped working now.

Hi Ruela,

Based on what you have advised you won't be eligible for the Maintenance Loan as the EU/EEA family member needs to be working and continue to work during your studies.
