Offer change?

Hi all, I received a conditional offer so I firmed it andapplied for accom. I had to email accom to asksomething and was told according to their records I havean unconditional and firm offer. I havent received anupdated offer, nor was I told about an unconditional offerif firmed. There hasn’t been any update to ucas orconfirmation email. Is this something unis do and I justhave to wait it out until the confirmation? Or is it likely justa mistake? For context I haven’t sat my exams yet. Anyadvice would be appreciated. thanks!
