Mistake: not doing maths?

for some context im 17 studying business economics and politics im doing well in all subjects maintaining grade A in all subjects. I want to work at a bank most likely being an analyst (but still not fully sure)

now most good banking jobs/apprenticeships or uni degrees in economics (from good universities) demand you do maths. This kinda stresses me out because i think it now puts me at a disadvantage into getting into a good uni to do economics.

the issue:

my college doesnt do As level maths only A level maths so i wont be able to do As level maths in year 13

my options / solutions:

1 - dont do anything continue with my subjects and worry about it later. also im gonna do a EPQ so that might help me out. i should stop being dramatic

2 - make the executive decision to learn As level maths syllabus myself using online resources (maybe get a tutor) than sit the exam in year 13

Will AS maths make a significant difference? It won't be any use if a course requires A-level maths.

Have you researched which unis don't require A-level maths to study economics?

Have you considered taking A-level maths in a gap year?
