Not feeling good at all honestly. There's too much content. My class had to cram all year 2 philosophy and ethics into the final 4 months because we lost so many teachers.

I do Islam, but for philosophy and ethics I have looked at all past papers and made a list of what hasn't come up in a while. It's not very reliable honestly because the exam board isn't very regular at all, but it's better than nothing.

Ethics:
•Divine Command Theory
•Ethical Egoism
•Meta-ethics: Naturalism
•Situation Ethics (including applied to abortion and euthanasia)
•Predestination Augustine and Calvin
•Implications of Free Will and Libertarianism on moral responsibility and religious belief

Philosophy
•New Atheism
•Characteristics of Religious Experience (James, Otto)
•Challenges to Religious Experience (David)
•Definition of Miracles by Aquinas, Hume, Holland, and Swinburne
•Inherent Problems of Religious Language
•Religious Language as Analogical (Aquinas, Ramsey)
•Religious Language as Mythical
•Religious Language as a Language Game (Wittgenstein)

Religious Language as Symbolic has come up THREE YEARS in a row! I don't know if that means it's more or less likely to come up again.

i’m honestly not revising anything that came up on last years paper,, do you have the questions or would you like me to give it to you for philosophy and ethics? maybe it would help ease the stress!

there’s revision guides that you could buy digitally for like £6 where all the information is super condensed and helpful ive been using that to aid my revision, and revising the questions off the spec is the best way to go because they cant ask you anything other than that

Yep I made a big powerpoint with the whole spec and my class were referring to it throughout the whole year. Have you seen these knowledge organisers from the exam board?
Philosophy - https://resources.eduqas.co.uk/Pages/ResourceSingle.aspx?rIid=1430
Ethics - https://resources.eduqas.co.uk/Pages/ResourceSingle.aspx?rIid=1451
Christianity - https://resources.eduqas.co.uk/Pages/ResourceSingle.aspx?rIid=1557

i have no idea what is coming up and Christianity makes me so stressed because of the lack of A01 and the amount of content, hoping for faith and works and challenges from secularisation or something like that.

they’ve repeated questions about sally mcfague and the trinity and other topics too (if you do christianity) and they’ve repeated questions about augustines theodicy and the problem of evil but just reworded but i doubt they’d use the same topics twice in a row (so 2023/4) or with a year gap 2022/2024) based on what ive seen on past papers but the exam board is unpredictable so they could do anything lol 🤷🏻*♀️

yeah they've repeated a few A01 questions for same topics in Christianity but I've not seen any A02 questions being repeated.
