yeah they've repeated a few A01 questions for same topics in Christianity but I've not seen any A02 questions being repeated.

the 2022 ao2 question on trinity was very similar to 2019
2019 = “the monotheistic claims of christianity are not compatible with the doctrine of the trinity”
2022 = “the doctrine of the trinity is essential for understanding the god of christianity”

for both you’d talk abt the monotheistic god problem and the issues of modalism and tritheism but yeah similar with wording but not the same exactly

I do the same! Feeling pretty stressed, hoping for some Theme 1 DEF and Theme 2 ABC for Christianity, but honestly this exam board is so weird, I feel like litro anything could come up

Hey!! Also doing the same combo as well and i agree this exam board is so weird and there is soooo much to learn. Do you guys by chance know what came up in the 2023 paper and what the questions were?

i cant find the christanity 2023 paper anywhere either so idk what to revise and what not to, i’m just making essays for each question on the spec and memorising them,, seems like a lot but i’m sure we’ll be fine in the exam  good luck!!

the topics on the 2023 paper were:
community of believers
wealth
pluralism (asked about inclusivism and hick)
baptism

you can never go wrong w evaluating especially for the Ao2’s so don’t stress tm about it - the more you think about it the more you’ll end up getting to the worst case scenario. its over and you knew the content and thats what matters 🫶🏽 im sure you did amazing!

Not feeling good at all honestly. There's too much content. My class had to cram all year 2 philosophy and ethics into the final 4 months because we lost so many teachers.
I do Islam, but for philosophy and ethics I have looked at all past papers and made a list of what hasn't come up in a while. It's not very reliable honestly because the exam board isn't very regular at all, but it's better than nothing.
Ethics:
•Divine Command Theory
•Ethical Egoism
•Meta-ethics: Naturalism
•Situation Ethics (including applied to abortion and euthanasia)
•Predestination Augustine and Calvin
•Implications of Free Will and Libertarianism on moral responsibility and religious belief
Philosophy
•New Atheism
•Characteristics of Religious Experience (James, Otto)
•Challenges to Religious Experience (David)
•Definition of Miracles by Aquinas, Hume, Holland, and Swinburne
•Inherent Problems of Religious Language
•Religious Language as Analogical (Aquinas, Ramsey)
•Religious Language as Mythical
•Religious Language as a Language Game (Wittgenstein)
Religious Language as Symbolic has come up THREE YEARS in a row! I don't know if that means it's more or less likely to come up again.

Hi I am considering picking this subject I think I would enjoy paper one the Islam but I don’t know about philosophy and ethics components as people been complaining so much content that is comparable to history a level which is lots of content and English lit is this true like compare it your subjects and do you personally recommend or not and reasoning and how your other subjects is too thankss??
