Does PFF2 form count as sponsor 1 and 2 details

Hiya,
Recently I did the stage of verifying my parents financial details on student finance to apply for this year, however their names are under old accounts that they've long forgotten the passwords to, so I rung up student finance and they said it's fine, you can upload a PFF2 form so they won't need accounts anyways.

I did this fine a few days ago, all filled out and uploaded to my account under the "Upload supporting evidence" button, however it's been a few days and my account still says I have actions to complete and the upload sponsor 1 and 2 details parts aren't checked.

Is there something additional I need to do after uploading PFF2 or is it just saying this because it takes time for the form to be manually reviewed before it reflects that on my account?

Hi Dan,

It is taking approximately 26 working days to process a PFF2 form and your online account will not update until this is processed.
