Summer Accommodation Offer - University of Warwick

Hello,

I am a current student at the University of Warwick who has a room that I will be vacating on June 16th in Leamington Spa, 15 minutes bus journey away from the University. However, as the tenancy is paid for until September 1st I was wondering if there was anyone looking for accommodation over the summer period for a summer course, etc.

Information about the room:
- Ensuite, so your own shower, toilet and sink
- Large desk with plenty of storage space
- Large wardrobe for clothes etc
- 100mbps WiFi and an ethernet port
- 3/4 size bed (120cm x 190cm roughly)
- Plenty of plugs
Among other things!

Additionally, as the room is located in a student-accommodation block, you have a communal area with a TV (perfect for the Euros) and pool table, and sofas. The site also has 24/7 caretaking services and a daytime reception team who are lovely.

In terms of kitchen, it is a shared kitchen designed for 7 people, however I'd expect there to be fewer than that number staying in the apartment.

The rent I've paid off is at £200 per week, which is pretty high for the area. As it's already paid off, if you would like the room but are only willing to pay less than that it can be arranged - really I'm looking for ANY money back on the duration of the tenancy I won't be staying here so you could probably get me down to covering half the rent myself if there's less interest than I'm expecting.

That's pretty much everything. Message me or reply to this if you're interested. Ideally I'd like to have everything arranged by June 6th so I can begin the handover process around my final exams, so do be quick.

I've attached some images of the room type that I'm currently staying in. These rooms are all the same except some have the bathroom on the left as you enter and some on the right.
