skin problems :(

My scalp and face have so many issues. They easily get irritated and get dry or oily. It doesn't matter what products I use, they don't react well to anything... Every time I go out, even when I washed my hair that morning, it ends up smelling, and the smells depends on the day or the kind of product I use. My scalp gets itchy easily and I get dandruff. My face also starts smelling bad regardless of which products I use, and how bad it smells and WHAT it smells like depends on the product. It's so frustrating. When I go out, I smell like METAL???? especially my hair but no one else smells like that so why do I?
