Politics 9 markers

Hi guys

For aqa a level politics 9 markers how many pieces of evidence do you need?

I thought it was just a statement, evidence and a limitation.

E.g methods of pressure groups
Direct action - just stop oil - can be ignored, not as effective as insider methods

But one of my teachers has written that I need 3 pieces of evidence per paragraph? Seems excessive and I don't know that I'd have enough time.

I've been using only one piece the entire year and am consistently getting 7/9

Is this why I'm being capped at 7?

I use 2 evidence and get between 8 - 9 out of 9. Two contrasting examples to aid in the analysis

I think your teacher is being quite harsh, I only tend to use 1 or 2 examples per para (depending on the topic) and almost always get 9/9! I agree with you, 3 examples per para is not always possible in the time we have in the exam
