GCSEs medicine- which unis?

Hello I got 9998887753 in my GCSEs and am in year 12 about to do mocks which i hope to achieve A*A*A in, I am thinking of applying to unis which don't score GCSEs (manchester, sheffield, and Hull york (HY do score GCSEs but in their case I wouldn't be at a disadvantage too much as they only score top 6 which are strong for me)
The problem is I can't think of the final 4th uni to apply to. I was thinking Imperial, but the 6 year degree is putting me off slightly, however the 6 years will pass anyway so maybe not?
Would appreciate any advice for med uk unis that do not score GCSEs.
Thanks so much

Until you do the ucat, I cannot advise as Sheffield ,Manchester ,Hullyork and all look at ucat first .

Sheffield is high ucat , Manchester does not accept band 3/4 . try to get ucat with band 1/2 if you want Manchester .

So most univs are open to you , just get good ucat and come back as with this GCSE you can apply for a lot of univs .

Hi there!

It can be a really difficult decision deciding which universities to apply for and it sounds like you have already done a bit of research!

At UCLan, for GCSE's, they ask for sustained achievement of maths and English and science up to age 16, rather than specific entry requirements. You can view the exact entry requirements here . UCLan also ask for the UCAT which I'm presuming you're planning on taking.
I would definitely recommend visiting us on an open day to see if the university is for you!

I hope this helps,

Do you have a link, please, as I cannot find entry requirements for 2025 and the MSC requirements still says
"UK applicants must live in the North West of England, eligible counties include; Lancashire, Cumbria, Cheshire, Merseyside and Greater Manchester."

So would be good to have clarification. Thanks
