Where you say you're in the 7th grade, are you based outside of the UK?

According to the following webpage, you would need to spend 9 years in training after getting your 5 year degree in medicine in the UK (14 years in total after college): https://www.healthcareers.nhs.uk/explore-roles/doctors/roles-doctors/medicine/endocrinology-and-diabetes

For the US, you need 4-6 years in training after medical school (4 years) after your bachelor's degree (4 years) or a total of 12-14 years (similar to that of the UK): https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/articles/22691-endocrinologist

If you don't want to grow old whilst qualifying, then you probably don't want to become a doctor. You typically need 2-3 years of training in the US and 5 years in the UK after your basic degree in medicine (which can take 8 or 5 years, all before you even get to your specialist training. That's a minimum of a 10 year commitment.
