Miscarriage after abusive relationship

I recently left an abusive relationship while pregnant. I told the guy I was pregnant when I found out but he didn't care at the time. Part of me feels scared to tell him about the miscarriage but I'm wondering if it's wrong of me

I am sorry for your loss.

As this was an abusive relationship, I would encourage you not to contact him. The fact that you are considering it shows that you still have some lingering emotion there and that makes you vulnerable and open to risk near him.

Use your support network to recover and move on. Give your career some attention, look at getting promoted, network etc. After awhile you will find yourself in a good place with healthy opportunities around you.

Good luck.
