Animation - Brighton, Birmington, Portsmouth and Salford

Hi.
I am doing Arts, History and Literature for A levels.
I love Japanese animation. Now I am in a hard spot choosing which uni to accept esp since I am not in UK. Not all uni has the portfolio of the graduates.
I would greatly appreciate any advice given. Thank you so much!

I guess UK is not the place for animation. Maybe I should consider Canada, Australia and other countries

Hello @BEELENG12,

We are very excited that you are considering our institution as one of your options in your application.

What I would say about our Animation course, and in fact the the institution as a whole, is that we are a vocational institution. This basically means that we are practical in the way we teach our courses. It will be a very hands on degree. We also love our students coming with a passion towards a particular field, which it seems like you do.

While completing the degree, you will produce a strong body of work that will enable you to develop your career in the animation industry. Animation is one of the fastest-growing areas within the UK creative industries providing multiple opportunities for graduates. On top of this, we are based in MediaCityUK, you'll be right in the heart of this growing creative sector which is focused on developing adaptive, highly-skilled, industry-ready creatives.

I hope this helps answer some of your questions, for more information on the course specifics you can check out our course page here.
