Will be joining to Aston University from this Fall season. Now need suggestions for - 1. How available are part time jobs in Birmingham and how to apply? 2. Racism exists? ( I am brown- Asian) 3. How much annually can someone earn as a full time student? I need to earn minimum 17-20K (is it doable?) 4. Night Life 5. Weather and transportation.

There's lots of retail and hospitality businesses in Birmingham, so there's usually lots of jobs advertised. That being said, as there are so many people in Birmingham, and lots of students, jobs can be competitive and waiting to hear back can be lengthy. I'd suggest applying to as many jobs as possible as early as you can, to ensure you get something worked out.
You could also see if Aston uni offer any student work for open days, or on campus that could work around your studies.
Your desired earnings aren't necessarily impossible to achieve, but it would mean you working quite a bit while studying. Depending on your course, your uni workload will differ. I would usually advise students to not work more than 3 days a week at their part time job, so that you can have enough time for uni too. But this is something you will be able to figure out when you start. Maybe start with fewer hours at you part time job and then you can add or reduce hours once you get comfortable with your timetable.
The night life in Birmingham is usually very lively - especially on a weekend. If you're wanting a party night life, then have a look at Broad Street, where most of the bars and clubs are. Or have a look at Digbeth, which has restaurants, bars, clubs, and gaming bars, shops, if you want something a bit different.
