Please help me choose between University of Stirling and Coventry University for Law Llb
One is in a minor Scottish but still beautiful city with a castle. The other is in Coventry. Both will provide you with a law degree. What are you actually asking because if the answer is "Which is more prestigious" then how long is a piece of string?

Where would it be better to study law as an international student

What is the criteria? Coventry is right next to an international airport with good transport links around the country and Stirling has those quaint streets foreign tourists love. Like I say, what are you looking for?

Which degree would actually be worthwhile and as a person of colour where would it be easier to live?

You will have to do your own research on which offers the best degree. How long is a piece of string? In terms of diversity, I am not sure. A quick google gives Coverntry https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Demographics_of_Coventry
I don't know about Stirling. There will be people of colour in all universities in the UK.

What does that even mean? Is living anywhere worth it? Scotland is a beautiful country with warm hospitable people. It is steeped in tradition and history and has a real identity of its own.
By contrast, Coventry was massively bombed in the war and most of the architecture is post war and not particular nice. It was also one of the cities where the car became king although most of that has thankfully been undone now. If I had to choose, Stirling is a no brainer but then I love the outdoors.
I think you need to do a little bit of research for yourself at this point because you aren't giving any clues away as to what you are looking for.
