girlfriend broke up with me but still wants affection

my girlfriend broke up with me recently and i have been taking it pretty hard. we live together, and currently still do for the foreseeable future which is making things especially painful. however, the confusing thing is that she still wants affection from me like hugs, kisses, but explicitely states that they are 'as a friend'. who kisses their friends like that??
its making the situation hard to deal with and im wondering if anybody had any advice. i still love her and her doing this just makes it hurt more.

Me personally I have had a girlfriend like that, I figured out for myself that it was best for use to separate, in my opinion it is better for you and her as to not get feelings confused
Tell her no and that she should respect your boundaries.

Continue with it. You are in friends with benefits category and I personally suggest that you use it to your advantage (hugs, kisses, box etc.)
If you don't want to, that’s fine. You should put your boundaries.
