University College London UCL TOEFL

Hi everyone, I want to pursue an MSc at UCL, but I need to know how strict they are with the English requirements. I would like to ask for your help with the TOEFL score requirements. My score is TOEFL 102: reading 28, listening 30, speaking 22, and writing 22. They ask for TOEFL 92 , w24, l20, s20, r24. I do not meet the writing requirement by 2 points.
Has someone been in a similar situation or got accepted without specific scores in English?
Should I apply with this score or take another TOEFL exam?
