Reading RISIS portal

Has anyone else's Reading portal stopped working all of a sudden? I want to login to the portal so I can choose accommodation but the accommodation portal says it's not working

Good evening @michaela001 ,

I just checked, and RISIS is up and running. It appears there were issues earlier in the day, but these have now been fixed. The deadline for accommodation is the 1st of August, so you have plenty of time to apply.

Good evening Ella. Thank you for your response 😊 The RISIS portal itself is working but the accommodation page says 'there is a UPP service response has failed'. However, I will try and log back in again tomorrow

Yes I'm having the same issue, the risis works fine but when I try to click the "connect to accommodation online" button it comes up with an error. I've been trying to get on for the past three days to accept my accommodation offer but it isn't working.

Have you managed to access the accommodation services yet?

If not, you can contact the IT help desk; they are very good at helping with IT issues. I have used them a few times, and they usually respond very quickly. You can find their contact information here.
